My account is known by them because it's related to my email adres. The only thing I recieved this far is a single email asking me for my account. Just telling me I need to contact customer service by email and they will deal with it within an hour. I contacted their live chat but the employee just wasted an hour of my time without answering anything at all. Without clicking it I cannot enter the client area. I wish to inform that I have proceeded as an unsolicited client and opened an account with Primus Markets INTL Limited. I get this message: I understand that my country of residence is among those where Primus Markets INTL Limited does not solicit clients interested in its services, in any case whatsoever. When trying to enter the client area they try to force me to sign up with another company. ![]() 2 Stars I have a registered account with them with their FxPrimus Europe (CY) Limited company. It's also really strange that this happens after I made big profits and need to withdraw 5 digit numbers on both accounts. Right now it does not feel like 'the safest place to trade'. I cannot login to MT4 and on top of that I did not recieve the daily reports. Live chat was, as usual, unable to inform me and told me to email support. Friday I found out that on 1 account the money was back in the account and in history it says 'withdrawal rejected'. Thursday I made withdrawals from both my accounts. What is my next step? It's not worth communicating with FXPrimus, these people will give the needless 'run around'. Clearly they don't even know what is an 'ombudsman'! I have been having this problem since 2018, but only now the account faced massive losses! And no news from both the manager or FXPrimus. Finally, when I asked for the ombudsman's contact details, I was asked, "what is his name?". This is the same message I get from them, going round and round! These people are not professional in dealing with such matters. Finally contacted FXPrimus account manager, he/she asked to submit a complain. Both complaint and support are keeping mum on this matter. And guess what, FXPrimus claims that it is the fault of MAM manager Finally I am the victim. MAM manager had washed his hands saying it is the fault of FXPrimus. It was only when I tried to login did I find the discrepancy. He says because many withdraw the account will show less Now suddenly the account is showing only $11! No explanation fro FXPrimus or MAM manager. ![]() However, when I attempted to withdraw, the account balance dropped to only $300 from $3000! MAM manager claims that due to heavy withdrawal the account has losses! Manager advised me NOT to withdraw, so I didn't withdraw.
